What servers and computers are supported by our company

We support any kind of servers and computers with Linux, Windows, Vmware operating systems.

Do we serve private customers?

No, our activities are directed only to Companies and Institutions.

Do we provide assistance to primary users in the company?

Yes, this kind of support is called Helpdesk.

Which customers do we serve most often?

We serve Clinics, clinics, installation companies, construction companies, retailers, commercial and medical companies, wholesalers, distributors with extensive warehouses. We have the capability and the know-how to serve virtually any type of business.

Do we serve accounting offices?

Yes, we support accountants with day-to-day computer and software problems and implement servers and software for accounting offices.

What accounting programs do we support?

We support software from RAKS, Insert, Asseco Wapro, Comarch, Bourgeois, Payer, Symfonia. We are an authorized resseller of Insert and Wapro.

Do we provide support for other programs?

Yes, we provide support for a wide variety of construction, medical, financial and specialized software. For example, AutoCAD, Atena Soft Norma. We also support software manufacturers’ programs as the first line of contact.

What databases do we support?

We service SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL and also Oracle databases.

Do we provide services remotely and is it safe?

Yes, we have remote service software protected by SSL certificate and several other security tools.

Do we get to the customer?

Yes, our technicians are mobile and can be available at your premises.

How quickly do we respond to service?

Remote service about 5-20 min, on-site service from 30min depending on technician availability and location

How often do we commute to the customer vs. when do we service remotely?

We try to handle most problems remotely because it is the fastest way to complete the service. When the failure is serious, the technician takes the equipment to our service center or performs on-site service.

How often do we monitor and service servers?

It depends on the customer, when signing the contract we specify the scope of recurring work.

How do we monitor servers and backups?

We have the right software to monitor servers and backups. If there were problems with any process we will be informed before something bad happens to the data.

How are our passwords kept and what about the security of our computers?

We have a security policy for the entire information infrastructure that is a company secret.

Is one employee dedicated to serving the company?

Yes and no. Each of our employees is a specialist in a different field. Depending on the type of task, a different person is appointed. Applications are always directed to one place by phone, email or instant messenger.

Do we provide IT consulting?

Yes, this is the main domain of our business, support and modern IT solutions.

How are service charges controlled?

All service work is recorded in our reporting system. At the end of each month or week, we send a service report to the customer with a description of each service and the calculated time per service. In addition, a designated person from the company can view all requests performed for the customer online in real time

Do I pay additional fees after signing a service contract?

No, you only pay for the services performed/ordered.

How does the cooperation begin?

Initially, we perform an audit of the entire IT infrastructure. You receive the audit report and, if security requires it, we suggest changes and implementations.

What about the confidentiality of company data?

We sign a confidentiality agreement for all data including a penalty provision for breaking it.

Do we provide IT services without a subscription?

Yes, we suggest you contact our office for an offer.

Do we offer subscription IT support?

Yes, but in the beginning we offer service without subscription for at least 1 month to determine the most suitable subscription.

Do I have to sign a contract to use the services?

No, but in order to get the best prices we propose to sign a cooperation agreement, which does not oblige you to order services. The contract only regulates the rules of cooperation.

Do we provide a guarantee for our services?

Yes, when you purchase the service, you receive a 12-month warranty on the service

Are the services insured?

Yes, we have a policy with PZU for all activities in relation to the client.

Do we sell computer hardware and software?

Yes, we sell new and post-lease equipment. We offer practically every hardware and software available in Polish distribution at the best prices with warranty realized by us.

Do we sell collective licenses?

Yes, we sell Microsoft, ESET and many other group licenses.

Do we provide a warranty on the equipment?

Yes, according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Do we provide a door to door warranty?

Yes, any equipment purchased from our company is covered by a door to door warranty. The condition for taking advantage of such warranty is signing a free service contract.

Can I get a deferred payment for equipment and services?

Yes.

How do we connect to the customer's computer?

All computers in the customer’s company have remote support software installed. Once contact is made, the customer must confirm permission to let the technician into the computer.

Will I see an IT professional working?

Yes, everything is visible on the screen.

How long does the remote service last?

It depends on the problem but on average we can handle most standard problems within 1h. Other problems or tasks are priced in advance on a separate order.

Do we provide training for employees?

Yes, we train, help in the use of various programs, give suggestions. Training can be done remotely.

Do I need to call the service center to summon a technician?

No. It is enough to use the installed communicator to directly connect with our IT technician. When writing a message, the technician will know from which computer the message is sent. Thus, the phone is unnecessary. You can also send an email, but why 🙂

Where do we provide our services?

We provide our services within the European Union.

Are we implementing programs, and which ones?

Yes, we implement accounting, commercial ERP and CRM programs. We design implementation plans, write add-ons and profile the programs to fit the client’s intended goals.

Do we have ready-made solutions?

Yes, we have turnkey solutions for sales, marketing, sales, accounting and warehouse departments.

Do we write custom software?

Yes, we write and modify ready-made programs. We specialize in WEB programs in PHP, Java.

Do we use Opensource licensed programs?

Yes, we implement, redesign and also use some software ourselves under this license.

What open source programs are we implementing?

Virtually any program under an open source license in PHP technology. Such a program is, for example, SugarCRM, or Presta with which we integrate most ERP programs.

Why use Opensource technology?

First of all, because it is cheaper and as good as paid. We suggest you contact our office for more detailed information.

What other software do we implement?

Kayako is a system dedicated to callcenter customer service or helpdesk companies. If you have an idea for implementing the software at your place, we can be your technical contractor.

Do we provide Cloud and SAAS services?

Yes, we have our own colocation servers in a data-center in Frankfurt am Main connected directly to the backbone network of Poland. The connection speed is a guaranteed 1000Mbps in both directions. We offer virtual servers, physical servers as well as dedicated solutions for applications. These are mainly used for deployments for our customers, meaning we do not sell dedicated servers alone without our support.

Do we deal with VPN connections?

Yes, we create VPNs on CISCO equipment and based on open source and Windows software.

Do we implement communication bridges on 2.4 and 5 ghz technology?

Yes.
