What is custom software?
Custom software is applications built to fit a company specific processes, rather than off the shelf boxed programs that force you to adapt the way you work. Instead of making the team change its procedures to suit the tool, we build the system around how the company actually operates. For businesses in Warsaw and across Poland it is the answer when spreadsheets and standard programs stop keeping up with the scale and specifics of the business.
Custom software covers internal applications such as order flows, operations panels and request registers, integrations between systems (ERP, CRM, online store, warehouse) and customer portals and panels. We run the project iteratively, with working versions every few weeks, and after deployment we hand over the code together with documentation and maintain it over time, so the application develops alongside the company instead of being frozen in its first version.
We build SaaS products ourselves, so we know how to keep code alive for years
We develop our own SaaS products that run in production and have real users. This is not a collection of one off jobs, but software we maintain for years, update and develop for growing load. The same discipline goes into client projects.
In practice this means we think about the code not only on the day of deployment, but over the coming years: tests, versioning, monitoring and backups. As a result the application does not turn into a ball and chain nobody wants to touch.

Many companies order an application, pay for the deployment and are left with code whose author has disappeared. After a year nobody can update it, the libraries are outdated, and every change is risky and expensive. Software without maintenance ages faster than it seems.
