What is business hosting?
Business hosting is keeping websites, applications and company email on a provider servers, together with care for their reliable operation. Unlike cheap shared hosting, where you get only disk space, hosting as a service includes monitoring, updates and support, and a specific team is responsible for keeping things running.
In our model, business hosting runs on our own infrastructure in Poland, which simplifies GDPR matters. Availability monitoring around the clock, regular backup of sites, databases and email, and a response to tickets in agreed hours are all included. We support companies in Warsaw and remotely, with no fees for every intervention.
Why the cheapest hosting is often the most expensive
On shared hosting you share a server with hundreds of other customers. As long as everything works, it is cheap. The problem shows up in a failure or an attack: the ticket goes into a general queue, the answer comes after hours, and recovering the data is often your worry, not the provider one. If a shop or app is down for half a day at peak sales, the saving on the subscription disappears with the first such event.
In our model, hosting is a service with a specific owner on the other side. We monitor availability, make and test copies, update components and respond to tickets in agreed hours. Instead of paying for disk space and praying nothing happens, you pay for peace of mind and for someone really taking care of a problem when it comes up.

Where is our data physically located?
In a data centre in Poland. This simplifies GDPR compliance and gives certainty about where your data is stored, without moving it outside the country.

We try to avoid it. We prepare the migration so the switchover is short, and for email we keep continuity of incoming messages.
