Service
Azure for business
We design and maintain your environment in Microsoft Azure so it runs stably and does not surprise you with the bill. We keep machines, network and costs under control, and add capacity only when it is genuinely needed.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- 3000+ workstations
- Since 2017
Azure offers huge possibilities, but without order it quickly turns into an expensive and opaque environment. We run it like company infrastructure: with a network design, access control, monitoring and cost oversight every month.
What the service covers
The full cycle: environment design, resource deployment and ongoing maintenance with cost control.
-
Machines and resources
We select and launch virtual machines, disks and PaaS services for real workloads, without overpaying for unused capacity.
-
Network and access
We design virtual networks, segmentation and a connection to your company over VPN, so resources are available only to the right people.
-
Identity and security
Access based on Entra ID, MFA and role based permissions. Who has access to what is always clear.
-
Monitoring and alerts
We watch availability, performance and security events. We know about a problem before a user reports it.
-
Backup and recovery
Resource backup and a recovery plan with defined RTO and RPO, so a failure does not mean data loss or long downtime.
-
Costs under control
We tag resources, set budgets and cost alerts and every month show where the money goes and where it can be trimmed.
What is Azure for business?
Azure for business is the use of the Microsoft Azure cloud as a company IT infrastructure: virtual machines, disks, networks and PaaS services launched on demand, instead of maintaining your own servers. For businesses in Warsaw and across Poland it means a flexible environment where compute capacity is added when it is genuinely needed and you pay for actual consumption.
Running Azure for business covers environment design, resource deployment, network and access configuration based on Entra ID, MFA and roles, as well as monitoring, backup with defined RTO and RPO and ongoing cost control. Without this order Azure quickly becomes expensive and opaque, which is why we tag, budget and size resources to the real workload.
Why an Azure bill can come as a surprise
The most common scenario is an environment set up in a hurry and left to itself. Machines run overnight even though no one uses them, premium disks sit where standard would do, test resources stay for months, and no one can see which project costs how much. After a quarter an invoice arrives that no one can explain.
We run Azure differently. Resources are tagged and assigned to purposes, budgets have alerts, and non production machines shut down outside working hours. We size to actual load and verify it regularly, so you pay for what really works, not for what someone once launched and forgot to switch off.
How we work together
We run the environment in a cycle: design, deployment, and then ongoing maintenance and optimisation.
- 8:00-18:00support on business days
- ~15 minresponse to a critical ticket
- 24/7availability and cost monitoring
- monthlyresource and spending report
- Environment design. We establish what is to run in Azure and design the network, identity, resources and cost rules around those needs.
- Deployment. We launch resources according to the design, configure access, monitoring and backup, and document the whole configuration.
- Maintenance. We watch availability, updates and security and respond to tickets within the agreed times.
- Cost optimisation. Every month we review resources and spending, switch off what is unnecessary and adjust sizes so the bill is justified.
Model rozliczeń
We bill maintenance of the Azure environment as a fixed monthly fee, depending on the number of resources and the scope of care. The cloud itself, meaning consumption in Microsoft, is billed separately by actual usage.
Included
- Continuous monitoring of availability, performance and costs
- Administration of resources, network and identity
- Updates and security maintenance of the environment
- Monthly resource and spending report with recommendations
Beyond the plan
- Environment expansion and new deployment projects
- Migration of further servers or applications to Azure
- Work outside support hours at the company request
Resource consumption in Microsoft Azure is billed separately, and we help keep it in check with budgets and alerts.
Frequently asked questions
Does the fee include the cost of Azure cloud itself?
No. The fee covers our maintenance and administration of the environment. Resource consumption in Microsoft Azure is billed separately by actual usage, but we help keep it under control.
Do you help lower the Azure bill?
Yes. Every month we review resources, switch off what is unnecessary, adjust machine sizes and set budgets with alerts. This is usually the fastest way to trim costs without losing performance.
Will you take over an existing Azure environment?
Yes. We start with a review of the current configuration, costs and security, put resources and permissions in order, and then run the environment under ongoing care.
What about resource security and backup?
We base access on Entra ID, MFA and roles, and cover resources with backup with defined RTO and RPO. We monitor the environment for security events around the clock.
