IoT systems and production data

We connect plant automation with management systems. Data from PLCs, sensors and silos reaches one dashboard in real time, and deviations are flagged before they turn into downtime or a raw material shortage.

  • Works with existing automation, no controller replacement
  • Segregated production network, in line with NIS2
  • Consumption data straight into the ERP and purchasing

We deliver a complete industrial IoT system: device readings over standard industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT), secure transmission, a dashboard with measurement history and alerts, and ERP integration. It runs on our servers in the EU or on the plant's own infrastructure. Decisions on production, stock and purchasing are based on measurements, not manually compiled reports.

What we build

Six elements of a typical rollout. We start with whatever gives the most.

  • Silo and tank monitoring

Fill level in real time, across several sites at once, with consumption history.

  • Readings from PLCs and sensors

Data from lines, machines and measuring sensors collected automatically, with no manual logging.

  • SMS, email and in-app alerts

Low level, temperature exceeded, machine stopped. The right person knows immediately.

  • Dashboards for management and production

Management sees all plants in one view, the shift manager their line on a phone.

  • ERP integration

Levels and consumption go to the ERP and to purchasing; a raw material order can be created automatically.

  • Secure industrial connectors

The production network is separated from the office one, and data leaves only where it should.

What the company gains

Production continuity: low levels and faults are flagged in advance. Purchasing planned on actual consumption rather than estimates. Management has a current view of every plant without waiting for reports, and historical data makes it possible to compare lines, shifts and sites.

We connect what you already have

We do not replace lines or controllers. We read data from the devices running today, and where a sensor is missing we select and fit one. We separate the production network from the office network, so connecting to the dashboard does not open a path to the machines.

Who it is for

Food production and dairies, manufacturing with silos, tanks and shift lines, district heating, companies with several plants that want to see everything in one place. Also entities covered by NIS2, for which order in the production network is an obligation.

Already have your own application?

Built a dashboard, with AI or without? We add readings from sensors and controllers plus alerts, and run the whole thing on our servers.

Example of a rollout

Food industry, silos at several sites

A producer with several plants checked silo levels by phone and spreadsheet. Today the sensor readings land in one dashboard, purchasing gets an alert before a tank runs dry, and management sees all plants in one view.

How we work

Four stages, access to a test version from the second one.

  1. Conversation and analysis

Which devices, which data, who needs to see it. We check on site what can be read right away.

  2. Design and quote

Scope of the first stage, sensors to add, integrations. A fixed price for the agreed scope.

  3. Build in stages

We connect the first line or plant, and you see the dashboard from the start on a test version.

  4. Launch and operations

Launch, training, operations on our servers and 24/7 support, including night alerts.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace controllers or machines?

No. We read data from the devices running today. Where a sensor is missing, we select and fit one.

Does connecting production to a dashboard create a risk?

We separate the production network from the office one, and data leaves through a controlled one-way connector. Machines cannot be controlled from the dashboard unless we deliberately design it that way.

Does the dashboard work on a phone?

Yes. The shift manager and purchasing have phone access, with SMS, email or in-app alerts.

Where is the production data?

On our servers in EU data centres or on your server, under our ISO 27001 and with a processing agreement.

How long does a rollout take?

The first line or plant usually takes weeks. Further sites go faster, because the dashboard and integrations already work.
