Two examples
Food industry: silos in one panel
A producer with several sites checked silo levels by phone and spreadsheet. Today the readings from the sensors land in one panel, purchasing gets an alert before a tank runs dry, and the board sees all sites in one view.
Transport: vehicles and orders in one place
A carrier kept orders in one system and vehicle positions in another. We connected the fleet to our telematics platform and the platform to the order system. Routes are calculated automatically and delivery status returns without retyping.
Frequently asked questions
Do you build systems from scratch or adapt ready ones?
Both, depending on what you need. Where we have a working component, like the telematics platform or connectors for ERP, we start from it and adapt. Where there is nothing to start from, we design and build. Either way the system ends up on our servers with 24/7 support.
We built an application with AI. Can you take it over?
Yes. We start with a review of the code, architecture and data, then set up a production environment, security and integrations, and take over operations. You keep developing it, in the tool it was built in if you like.
Where will the system run and who will maintain it?
On our servers in EU data centres, or on yours if you prefer. We maintain it: backups, updates, monitoring and support around the clock, under the same ISO 27001 procedures as the rest of our services.
How do you price software projects?
After a short analysis we give a fixed price for an agreed scope of the first stage. Larger systems we split into stages, each with its own price and a test version you can see. Operations afterwards is a monthly fee.
Do you work only with companies in Warsaw?
No. The office is in Warsaw, but software projects run remotely with clients across Poland, with on-site visits when they help, for example at a production plant.
