What we take care of in the office

Why an office without IT support loses time and exposes data
In a small office the role of the IT person is usually taken on by the most capable person in the team. They fix the printer problem, revive a frozen computer, reset a password. Each such situation is not only their lost time, but also the interrupted work of the whole room, which waits for the matter to be resolved.
Worse is what such an ad hoc approach does not reveal. Backups either do not exist, or nobody checks whether they run. Accounts of departing employees stay active, passwords are simple and shared, and security updates wait for months. Until the first serious incident, everything seems to work.

- Ongoing support and reviews. We keep an eye on updates and backups, and from time to time we review the state of the office and suggest what is worth replacing or simplifying.
