Ongoing IT care
Day to day support for users, hardware, servers and the cloud in a fixed monthly subscription, billed per workstation. Three packages differ in scope, not just in price.

What drives the care price?
Mainly the number of workstations and servers, the scope you choose (package) and add-ons such as backup, Microsoft 365 care or compliance support. The broader the scope and the shorter the SLA response time, the higher the cost.
Are these amounts final?
No. They are rough ranges to give you a reference point. We prepare an exact offer after a short conversation and once we know your setup, usually within 24 business hours.
How is ongoing care billed?
A fixed monthly subscription per workstation and server, plus the add-ons you choose. The cost is predictable and scales with the company. Work outside the subscription is quoted separately and always confirmed before we start.
What is the contract and notice period?
We usually work on an open-ended contract with a one or three month notice period. Specific terms are agreed individually.
Is the offer also for small companies?
Yes. We adjust scope and cost to the size of the company, from a few workstations to larger teams. We usually start with the Essential or Standard package.
Projects and implementations
Custom software, AI and automation, cloud migrations, infrastructure deployments and CAD servers. We quote each project after a short analysis, because two seemingly similar projects can differ several times over in cost. Instead of a price pulled from thin air, we offer a free scope conversation and a quote with a breakdown of the work in 3 to 5 business days.
