Google Workspace backup

Google is not your backup. We make independent copies of mail, Drive and team data, so they can be recovered after accidental or malicious deletion, even when they are already gone from Google.

  • ISO/IEC 27001
  • 3000+ workstations
  • Since 2017

Google protects its infrastructure, not your decisions. A deleted email, a wiped Drive, a removed employee account or encrypting ransomware are situations in which, once the trash empties, the data in Google is gone. An independent copy is the only way to recover it.

What we protect

A daily, independent copy of your most important Google Workspace data, with fast recovery on demand.

  • Gmail mail

We copy mailboxes along with labels and folder structure, so you can recover a single email or a whole mailbox.

  • Drive and shared drives

We protect files from Google Drive and team shared drives, together with access permissions.

  • Contacts and calendars

The backup also covers contacts and calendars, so after losing an account the schedule and contact base come back in place.

  • Copy outside Google

We keep the data in an independent location, separated from the Google account, so it survives even the loss of access to the domain.

  • Recovery on demand

We restore a single file, email or a whole account. We handle the request fast, without waiting for a miracle from Google.

  • Backup completion control

We make sure the copies run daily and are complete. A failed backup is an alert for us, not silence.

Why Google Workspace is not enough

Many companies assume that because the data is in the Google cloud, it is safe. That is a misunderstanding. Google is responsible for the availability of its service, not for the consequences of your actions. If an employee deletes emails, wipes a folder on Drive or leaves and you delete their account, once the trash empties and retention passes, that data simply disappears. The same applies to ransomware that encrypts files synced with Drive.

An independent backup solves this problem, because the copy lives its own life, outside the Google account. We can roll back to the state before deletion or an attack and restore a single item or a whole account. For companies covered by GDPR and continuity requirements, this is not a whim but an element every sensible audit asks about.

How the service works

The copies run automatically and daily, and we make sure they are actually complete.

  • dailyautomatic data copies
  • ~15 minresponse to a recovery request
  • outside Googlecopy in an independent location
  • 8:00-18:00support on business days
  1. Launch. We connect the backup to your Google Workspace domain, agree the scope of accounts and data and the copy retention policy.
  2. Daily copies. Data is copied automatically every day to an independent location, without user involvement.
  3. Control and alerts. We monitor the completion and completeness of copies. We treat a failed backup as an alert we respond to.
  4. Recovery. On request we restore a single file, email or a whole account, at the scope and point in time you need.

Model rozliczeń

We bill the backup as a fixed monthly fee, charged for the number of protected accounts and the data volume. No investment in hardware, no hidden fees for recovery.

Included

  • Daily automatic copies of mail, Drive and team data
  • Storage of copies in an independent location outside Google
  • Monitoring of backup completion and response to errors
  • Data recovery on demand at no extra charge

Beyond the plan

  • Extended copy retention beyond the standard period
  • Backup of additional data outside the standard scope

The fee depends on the number of accounts and data volume, so you pay for the real scope of protection, not a flat rate in the dark.

Frequently asked questions

The data is in Google anyway, why a separate backup?

Google is responsible for the availability of the service, not for the consequences of your actions. Deleted emails, a wiped Drive or a removed account disappear once retention passes. An independent copy lets you recover them.

How quickly will I recover deleted data?

We accept a recovery request within about fifteen minutes and restore the data at the scope and point in time you need, without waiting for Google support.

Does the backup cover accounts of former employees?

Yes. We can keep a copy of the data of someone who has left, even after their Google account is deleted, so their mail and files stay available to the company.

Where are the copies stored?

In an independent location, separated from your Google account, so the data survives even the loss of access to the domain or an attack on the environment.
