Service
Email servers
We set up and maintain the infrastructure for sending company email and mailings so that messages reach recipients, not spam. Deliverability instead of guesswork.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- 3000+ workstations
- Since 2017
Sending email from your own infrastructure gives you control and independence, but only with a correct setup. We handle reputation, authentication and monitoring, so that your company transactional and marketing messages land in the inbox.
What the service covers
Not just the server itself, but everything that determines whether an email arrives.
-
Sending infrastructure
A dedicated server or service for sending company email and mailings, matched to the volume and the purpose.
-
SPF, DKIM and DMARC
Correct domain authentication, without which large providers reject messages or mark them as spam.
-
Reputation and deliverability
Warming up IP addresses, monitoring reputation and blocklists. We make sure the domain does not end up on a blacklist.
-
Monitoring and reports
We track deliverability, bounces and DMARC reports, so we can react quickly to sending problems.
Why emails from your own server land in spam
Setting up a mail server is the easiest part. The problem begins with deliverability: without correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records and a well kept IP reputation, large providers such as Google or Microsoft simply reject the messages or drop them into spam. The company sends, but nobody reads it.
That is why we treat sending as a process, not a one off installation. We configure authentication, gradually build the reputation of new addresses and monitor reports. The result is high deliverability that shows up in the numbers, not just an assumption that if the server works, the emails arrive.
How we set it up
From the domain and authentication, then reputation and monitoring.
- SPF/DKIM/DMARCcorrect authentication
- warm-upwarming up IP addresses
- monitoringreputation and deliverability
- reportsbounces and DMARC under control
- Design and domain. We define the goal of sending and put the DNS records and domain authentication in order. This is the foundation of deliverability.
- Launch and warm-up. We deploy the infrastructure and gradually build the reputation of the addresses, so as not to land on blocklists right away.
- Maintenance. We monitor reputation and reports, react to problems and keep deliverability high over time.
Model rozliczeń
We bill the service as a subscription based on the sending volume and the scope of maintenance. The cost is predictable and scales with your needs.

Frequently asked questions
Why does a company need a separate email server?
It gives control and independence when sending a large number of transactional or marketing messages, without the limits typical of ordinary mail. What matters, though, is a correct setup, otherwise the emails land in spam.
Why do our emails end up in spam?
Most often because of missing correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records or a poor IP reputation. We put authentication in order and build reputation, which genuinely improves deliverability.
Do you also handle the campaign content itself?
We focus on infrastructure and deliverability, that is on making sure messages arrive. We leave the content and strategy of the campaign on your side or your agency, but we are happy to advise on the technical side.
Is this safe for our domain reputation?
Yes, as long as it is done correctly. That is why we warm up addresses gradually and monitor blocklists and DMARC reports, so we can react in time before the domain reputation suffers.
