Google Workspace for business
We deploy and run Google Workspace so that email, documents and teamwork simply work. Security configuration and support are on our side, not on your plate.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- 3000+ workstations
- Since 2017
Google Workspace is simple to use day to day, but the default settings are rarely safe for a company. We deploy it with control over your data and accounts in mind, then keep it running, so administration does not fall on someone doing it after hours.
What we deploy in Google Workspace
A company work environment configured for security and order, not left on the settings from first launch.
-
Email on your own domain
Business Gmail on your domain, with correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Messages get delivered and do not land in recipients spam.
-
Working together on documents
Docs, Drive and calendars organised in the company structure. People work on one version, not on ten copies in attachments.
-
Account security
Enforced two-factor sign-in and access rules. A stolen password alone is not enough to get into the company.
-
Control over data
External sharing rules and file permissions. We reduce the risk that a sensitive document leaks with a single click.
-
Support and administration
Creating accounts, tidying permissions and helping users are on our side. No hunting for someone to blame when a problem hits.
What is Google Workspace for business?
Google Workspace for business is Google suite of cloud work tools: company Gmail on your own domain, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Meet, combined with central administration and security controls. Unlike free personal accounts, the company gains control over its data, accounts and permissions, and for businesses in Warsaw and across Poland it means a single, orderly environment for teamwork.
A Google Workspace for business deployment covers configuring email on your own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, enforcing two-factor sign-in, tidying permissions and sharing rules, and setting up the process for creating and closing accounts. The default settings are tuned for an easy start, so only a business configuration delivers security and order rather than just working email.
Google defaults are not company settings
Google Workspace launches in a few minutes and works straight away. That is convenient, but also a trap, because the default configuration is tuned for an easy start, not for company security. Open external file sharing, no enforced two-factor sign-in and accidental order in accounts is the state many organisations stay in, until a problem happens.
A business deployment is more than creating mailboxes. We configure email authentication so messages do not land in spam, enforce two-factor sign-in, tidy permissions and sharing rules, and set up the process for creating and closing accounts. The result is that the company enjoys the convenience of Google, but does not pay for it with control over its own data.
How deployment and care work
We configure the environment, move data without losing email, and then stay on for maintenance.
- 1-2 weeksenvironment go-live
- 2FAtwo-factor sign-in
- 8:00-18:00support on working days
- ongoing serviceadministration and help
- Establishing needs. We learn how the company works and how many accounts there are. We pick a Google Workspace plan so you do not pay for features nobody will use.
- Security configuration. We set up email authentication, two-factor sign-in and sharing rules. Security comes in at the start, not after an incident.
- Moving the data. We migrate email and files without losing messages or downtime. The team keeps working while data moves in the background.
- Maintenance and support. After deployment we create accounts, keep watch over permissions and help users. Administration does not fall on someone after hours.

Frequently asked questions
Is Google Workspace suitable for a small company?
Yes. It works from a few accounts up to larger teams, and the plan is matched to your scale. The key is a business deployment rather than the default one, so you have security and order in accounts from the start, not just working email.
We already have Google Workspace but the settings are a mess. Can you help?
Yes. We start with a review of the configuration: permissions, sharing rules, sign-in and order in accounts. We tidy the settings for company security, then take over day-to-day administration so the state does not degrade.
Does migrating email mean downtime?
No. We move email and files in the background, and plan the switchover so the team works without a break. Messages are not lost, and users usually do not feel the moment of migration itself.
Is Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 better?
It depends on how the company works and which tools it uses. Google is strong for teamwork in the browser, Microsoft 365 for classic office apps and integration with Windows. We advise without bias and deploy both, and also migrate between them in either direction.
