Why simply making copies is not enough
Many companies have a backup but only learn of its gaps when they try to restore, that is at the worst possible moment. The copy may have failed to run for weeks, cover the wrong data or be incomplete. Without tests, no one notices until it is too late.
That is why we treat backup as a process, not a one off setting. We monitor every copy run, run regular recovery tests and keep multiple independent copies following the 3-2-1 rule. The result is not so much a backup as a real ability to restore the company after a failure, human error or an attack.
Compliance and data location
Backups often contain personal data and confidential information, so backup is also a matter of GDPR compliance. We configure storage taking into account data location, encryption and retention matched to legal and industry requirements. This way backup supports compliance rather than creating new risk.

Where are the copies stored?
In an independent, secure location in the cloud, resistant to the same incident that could hit your systems. If needed, we provide data location within the European Union.
How quickly will I recover data after a failure?
It depends on the RTO parameters agreed with you and the amount of data. That is exactly why we run regular recovery tests, so the recovery time is known and predictable, not discovered in a crisis.
Does the backup also cover Microsoft 365?
Yes, Microsoft 365 data is worth backing up independently, and we do it as part of a separate, dedicated Microsoft 365 backup service, which we combine with this solution into one coherent protection.
