Intune and device management
We manage the whole company laptops and phones from one place. Policies, updates and encryption land on devices automatically, without running around the office with a USB stick.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- 3000+ workstations
- Since 2017
The more devices, the harder it is to check by hand that each one has updates, encryption and the right settings. Microsoft Intune lets you set the rules once and enforce them everywhere, including on the devices of remote workers and on phones.
Scope of device management
Company hardware under one regime: configured, up to date, encrypted and possible to wipe remotely.
-
Central console
All laptops and phones in one view. You see what is up to date, encrypted and policy-compliant, without walking around desks.
-
Security policies
Enforced disk encryption, screen lock and minimum requirements. A device that does not meet the rules gets no access to data.
-
Updates under control
System and app updates rolled out to plan. Fewer vulnerabilities and an end to depending on whether an employee clicked install.
-
Ready hardware from day one
A new laptop configures itself once the employee signs in. Apps and settings arrive automatically, without a service visit.
-
Remote wipe
A lost phone or laptop we wipe remotely of company data. Losing hardware does not have to mean a data leak.
A personal phone with company email is a real risk
In most companies people read work email on personal phones. That is convenient, but it means company data sits on a device nobody controls. A phone without a screen lock, without encryption and without updates becomes an open door to the email and files of the whole organisation.
Intune solves this without taking away people privacy. We can manage only the company part of the phone: enforce a passcode for work data and wipe it remotely after a device is lost or an employee leaves, without touching private photos and contacts. The company regains control over its data, and the employee keeps their own.
How we deploy Intune
We start with a pilot on a few devices, then cover the rest of the fleet.
- 2-4 weeksfleet deployment
- pilotstart on a test group
- 8:00-18:00support on working days
- ongoing serviceday-to-day fleet management
- Fleet inventory. We list laptops and phones, systems and ways of working. We know what we manage before we push the first policy.
- Pilot before rollout. We test policies on a small group before they reach everyone. We find problems before they touch the whole company.
- Gradual device coverage. We add further devices in stages, with communication to the team. Without a day when suddenly nothing works.
- Ongoing care. After deployment we watch over compliance, updates and new devices. A new employee hardware is covered straight away.
Model rozliczeń
We bill device management under a subscription based on the number of laptops and phones in our care. The cost is fixed and scales with the company.

Frequently asked questions
Does Intune work on employees personal phones?
Yes, and without interfering with the private part of the phone. We manage only company data: we can enforce a passcode for work email and wipe company data after a device is lost, without touching the employee private photos, apps or contacts.
What happens to a laptop when an employee leaves?
We can remotely revoke access to company data and, if needed, wipe the device. This way a leaver does not leave company files on hardware the company loses control over.
Do we need separate licences for Intune?
Intune is part of many Microsoft 365 business plans, so you often already have the right to it under your current subscription. Before buying anything, we check what your licences cover, so you do not pay twice for the same thing.
Will the rollout block people from working during configuration?
No. We start with a pilot on a few devices, and cover the rest of the fleet in stages, informing the team in advance. Policies come in gradually, so nobody is left in the morning with a locked device without warning.
