System integration and APIs

We tie the ERP, warehouse, online sales, couriers and payments into one data flow. Orders, stock, documents and statuses move automatically, and every exchange is monitored and maintained on our side.

  • Consistent stock and orders across all systems
  • Data exchange monitoring and 24/7 response
  • First integration in 2-4 weeks

System integration eliminates manual data transfer and the errors that come with it: mismatched stock, invoice corrections, late status updates for customers. We design the data flow between systems, implement it through APIs, webhooks or file exchange, and run it on our servers, including after version changes on the vendors' side.

What we build

The most common connections. Each can be done on its own.

  • ERP and accounting integrations

Invoices, orders, contractors and stock between the ERP, the accounting system and the rest of the company.

  • External platforms through APIs

Online shop, marketplaces, couriers, payments, banks. Order and status without manual transfer.

  • Your own API for your systems

When your system has no API, we build one so other applications and partners can connect.

  • Sync between branches

One set of customer, price and stock data across all locations, without emailing spreadsheets.

  • Document workflow automation

Orders, invoices and contracts go where they should, without being passed on by hand.

  • Monitoring and alerts

We see whether data flows correctly. A failed sync is a ticket for us, not a problem for you.

What the company gains

Shorter order handling and fewer document corrections. Consistent stock and statuses in every system, so sales works on current availability and customer service has the answer without checking several places. The team that moves data by hand today works on what adds value to the company.

A map of the data flow first

Before connecting anything, we establish which data, between which systems and how often it has to flow. Without that map an integration would cement today's mess. We match the method to the system: APIs, webhooks, ready connectors, or file exchange where nothing else is possible. Built for real volume, not for a demo.

Operations, not a one-off script

Integrations most often break after one of the systems is updated. That is why we do not hand over a script but keep the connection running: we monitor the flow, react to errors and adapt the integration when a vendor changes its API. 24/7 support covers integrations too.

Already have your own application?

Does your application need to talk to the ERP, warehouse or shop? We will build the connection, also for an application built with AI.

Example scenario

A wholesaler that stopped retyping orders

Orders from the online shop and from sales reps go into the ERP automatically, stock levels return to the shop every few minutes, and the courier label is created when goods are dispatched. The office stops retyping data and invoice corrections drop.

How a rollout goes

A simple integration usually takes 2-4 weeks, from data map to production.

  1. Data flow map

Which data, between which systems, how often. First we understand what goes where.

  2. Design and quote

A connection method matched to the systems and a fixed price for the agreed scope.

  3. Tests before production

We test the flow on real data and edge cases. Launch only when nothing will get mixed up.

  4. Launch and operations

Monitoring, alerts, adaptation after system changes and 24/7 support.

Frequently asked questions

Our system has no API. Can it be integrated?

Usually yes: through the database, file exchange or by building an API on the system side. We check this at the data map stage, before we give a price.

How long does an integration take?

A simple integration of two systems is usually 2-4 weeks. Larger projects are split into stages, starting with the connection that saves the most work.

What happens when a vendor changes the system or API?

We run the integration, so that is our job. Monitoring shows the problem immediately, and the adaptation is done as part of care or as a separate job, depending on the scope of the change.

Do you integrate with our ERP?

We work with popular ERP and accounting systems and with custom-built ones. If the ERP has an API or database access, the connection is a matter of design, not feasibility.

Where do the integrations run?

On our servers in the EU or on yours, under our ISO 27001, with logs of what data was sent and when.
