Mac management for business
Designers on Macs, accounting on Windows, one support team and one contract. We manage a Mac fleet as seriously as Windows: accounts, policies, encryption and backup under control.
- ISO/IEC 27001
- 3000+ workstations
- Since 2017
In many companies Macs go to creative teams and management, while everyone else works on Windows. The trouble starts when the Macs sit outside management: no policies, no encryption, no backups, with loose accounts. We take the whole mixed environment and run it through one consistent process.
What Mac management covers
Full Mac fleet management, wired into your Microsoft 365 environment.
-
Mac and Windows in one support
One helpdesk and one contract for the whole company. A designer on a Mac and the accounting team on Windows raise their tickets in the same place.
-
Apple Business Manager
Hardware bought by the company lands in Apple Business Manager and configures itself on first boot. No manual setup for every single Mac.
-
MDM: Intune or Jamf
Management through Microsoft Intune or Jamf: policies, apps, updates and remote wipe of lost hardware.
-
Accounts in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Sign in on the Mac wired to Entra ID, with access to mail, files and Microsoft 365 apps on the same terms as on Windows.
-
FileVault encryption
FileVault disk encryption switched on and enforced, with key management. A lost laptop no longer means a data leak.
-
Mac backup
Copies of data from Macs, independent of the device, with tested recovery. A disk failure does not take your projects or documents with it.
What is Mac management for business?
Mac management for business is the full, professional management of Apple computers in an organisation, on the same terms as Windows hardware. Instead of running alongside the process on the good will of the user, the Macs are enrolled, covered by policies, encryption and backups, and wired to company sign in.
Mac management for business covers enrolling hardware in Apple Business Manager, managing it through MDM (Microsoft Intune or Jamf), wiring accounts to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, enforcing FileVault encryption and running backup with tested recovery. We cover the mixed Mac and Windows environment with one helpdesk and one contract, supporting companies in Warsaw and remotely.
One support for a mixed environment
The most common problem is not that a Mac is hard, it is that it falls out of the process. Windows has policies, updates and backups, while the Macs run alongside on the good will of the user. In an audit or an incident it turns out half the company is outside management.
We run Mac and Windows to one standard: the same access rules, encryption, backup and support. You do not need to keep two providers or explain that things work differently at your place. One contract covers the whole company, whatever the system.
A Mac at work is not a computer without management
A Mac suits design and creative teams well, but at work it needs the same rigour as any other hardware: enrolment, policies, encryption, access control and backups. Without that it is simply another unmanaged device holding company data.
We enrol Macs in Apple Business Manager and MDM, wire accounts to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, and enforce FileVault and backup. The result: the Mac stays convenient for the user while staying compliant with your security rules and requirements such as GDPR.
How we roll it out
From an inventory of the Mac fleet to full management and support.
- ABMzero touch hardware onboarding
- MDMIntune or Jamf, policies and apps
- FileVaultencryption with key management
- backupMac copies with recovery
- Fleet inventory. We list the Macs, system versions, accounts and security posture. We point out the gaps: no encryption, no backup, no policies.
- Enrolment in ABM and MDM. We register the hardware in Apple Business Manager, deploy MDM (Intune or Jamf) and wire accounts to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Policies, encryption, backup. We enforce FileVault, set up policies and updates, launch backup and test recovery.
- Maintenance and support. A helpdesk for Mac users, hardware onboarding and offboarding, ongoing updates and response to tickets.
Model rozliczeń
We bill Mac management on a subscription per device or seat, just like Windows. The cost is predictable and you have the mixed environment in one contract.
Included

Frequently asked questions
Does a Mac at work need antivirus?
macOS has built in protection, but at work that is not enough. We recommend EDR class protection on Macs too, because attack targets today are system independent, and phishing and data theft hit the user, not the system. We match the solution to the size of the fleet.
How do you wire a Mac to Microsoft 365 and company sign in?
We wire Mac accounts to Entra ID, so the employee signs in with a company account and has access to mail, files and Microsoft 365 apps on the same terms as on Windows. Conditional access and policies cover the Macs too.
Intune or Jamf?
If the company is heavily in the Microsoft ecosystem, Intune manages Windows and Mac from one console and that usually suffices. For a larger, more demanding Mac fleet we reach for Jamf. We advise on the choice after the inventory, without pushing you towards the pricier option.
Will I recover data from a damaged Mac?
Yes, if the Mac is covered by our backup. Copies are independent of the device and regularly tested for recovery, so a disk failure or a stolen laptop does not mean losing projects and documents.
