What is a Microsoft 365 deployment?
A Microsoft 365 deployment is the setup and configuration of a company cloud workplace built on Microsoft: Exchange Online email, Teams communication and files in OneDrive and SharePoint. For businesses in Warsaw and across Poland it means moving from loosely purchased licences to a coherent, managed environment in which identity, permissions and security are in order from day one.
In practice a Microsoft 365 deployment covers service configuration, creating and migrating user accounts, enabling multifactor authentication (MFA) and conditional access, device management through Intune and an independent data backup. The goal is an environment that is convenient in daily work and secure, rather than left on its default settings.
Microsoft 365 defaults are not secure
A fresh Microsoft 365 tenant starts with settings tuned for a quick start, not for security. Accounts without multifactor sign-in, wide external file sharing, no device policies. In that state a single stolen password is enough for someone to read company email.
A proper deployment closes these gaps straight away: MFA, conditional access, sensible permissions and device management through Intune. On top of that an independent backup, because Microsoft is responsible for service availability, not for recovering your data after it has been deleted.

Will the Microsoft 365 deployment disrupt the business?
We plan it to minimise downtime. Email and file migrations are often run outside working hours, and we prepare the user switchover in advance with a short guide.
Does Microsoft 365 need a separate backup?
Yes. Microsoft is responsible for service availability, but not for recovering your data after it has been deleted. That is why we deploy an independent backup of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams as standard.
