Integrations and automation

The same invoice typed into three systems is wasted time and room for errors. We connect programs so data flows between them without manual re-keying.

Companies rarely have a single system. They have a shop, an ERP, a CRM, an accounting program and spreadsheets that someone reconciles by hand. We connect these systems and automate repetitive tasks, so people do the work instead of copying data.

What we automate

The places where data is re-keyed by hand today or moved between systems by export and import.

  • Data flow between systems

An order from the shop reaches the ERP and accounting without manual entry. One source of truth instead of three copies drifting apart.

  • Automation of repetitive tasks

Generating documents, sending notifications, updating statuses. Tasks that eat hours a week happen on their own.

  • Data sync and consistency

A change in one system is reflected in the others. No more of a customer having three different addresses in three programs.

  • Integration with APIs and services

We connect systems through APIs, webhooks and ready connectors. Also where the vendors never expected them to talk to each other.

  • Error handling and alerts

When an integration cannot process something, you find out right away, not a month later from a customer complaint. Nothing is lost quietly.

The cost of manual re-keying only shows once you count it

Moving data between systems seems like a trifle: a few minutes here, a few there. But once you multiply it by the number of documents and employees, it turns out the company is paying for roles that in practice spend their time copying data. That is time nobody gets back, and work that bores people.

Automation lifts that weight. Data that has to move from one system to another anyway flows on its own, and the team deals with what a machine cannot do. This is not cutting jobs, it is freeing people from work that frustrates them.

Manual re-keying is a factory of errors

Every manual re-entry of data is a chance for a mistake: a typo in an amount, a wrong account number, a skipped line item. Such errors surface at the worst moment, at settlement or in front of a customer, and cost far more than the time it takes to enter them. The more systems, the greater the risk that data drifts apart.

Integration removes the source of the problem. Data entered once is carried across unchanged, and where something does not match, the system raises the alarm itself. Instead of searching for a needle in a haystack, you get a specific signal that one specific thing is worth checking.

How deployment works

From mapping the data flow to a working automation, which we test before wiring it into production.

  • flow mapfirst we understand what goes where
  • 2-4 weekstypical time for a simple integration
  • testschecked on data before launch
  • alertsnotification when something fails
  1. We map the data flow. We establish which data, between which systems and how often it has to flow. Without that map, automation would only cement today chaos.
  2. We design the integration. We match the connection method to what the systems allow: APIs, webhooks or ready connectors. For real data volume, not for a demo.
  3. We test before production. We check the flow on real data and edge cases. The automation only goes live once we are sure it will not make a mess.
  4. We monitor and respond. After launch we watch whether data flows correctly and fine-tune the rules. We catch errors early, before they grow into a problem.
